Needed a shop to service my vehicle and did a quick google search and Garrigans came up. It was close enough to me so I took a shot in the dark and went there. I have no complaints with them, they serviced my vehicle and gave me a full diagnostic printout of what was done, what’s needed immediately and what can wait. The prices were manageable too, matter of fact the prices might’ve been the best in the area. I’ve been there twice now and intend to have them be my go to for any car needs moving forward. I’m really pleased by the customer service, price and quality of work.

Well, it has been a week since I picked up my Truck from Garrigan's Auto repair shop. Truck Had multiple leaks. found out it was a problem child. But now the Truck is running really Good! I can’t recommend this place enough. I came in with an estimate from a chain repair shop that wanted to do over $2,500 of work. The team here gave my car a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and let me know those repairs weren’t needed yet. They didn’t charge me for the inspection and treated me with honesty and respect — qualities that are hard to find in this industry. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on!

The first time I brought my truck here, everything went smoothly — they gave me updates, explained what was going on, and finished the job without any issues. That first visit really gave me confidence in their work. Unfortunately, my second experience was very different. It took about a week before I heard what was wrong with my truck, and I had to call for every update since they never reached out on their own. When I finally did get an answer, I wasn’t given many options for a simple fix or a clear estimate up front. It’s disappointing because my first visit showed they can provide good service, but the lack of communication and flexibility this time made the process stressful and inconvenient.

This place is amazing! The workers here will treat you and your car with so much respect, I originally came here for a really bad oil leak and they we’re one of the only shops that were open on the weekends for me to call and schedule an appointment. Once they did the inspection on the car they gave me a detailed and comprehensive list on what was going on with my car with pictures of all of the issues. And I had known my car had a lot of work to be done on it since it was a 20 year old cash car bought earlier this year off of facebook marketplace, so I’ve been trying to find a shop I could trust to get my car where she needs to be and this is now my place. All of the staff know what they’re doing and well enough to explain it to me and answer all of my questions, they worked with my budget and helped me decide what needed to be prioritized and what could wait for a little bit. Leo did an amazing job with my car, he would even come show me the old parts and show me exactly what was wrong with them and why they needed to be replaced. Christy and Tom were very knowledgeable about my car and they didn’t make the experience feel like it was just a transaction or make me feel like I was stupid or incompetent because of the state of my car which is something as a very sensitive autistic woman, I personally value since I have left auto shops in tears before! But if you want a fast, knowledgeable, and friendly shop I would 100% recommend this place.

Been calling around for a auto repair upholstery place, when the guy answered, I asked him if you do auto. Upholstery. He said he was unable to answer that question. And I had to speak to a manager, and they were so busy, they couldn't come to the phone. Who doesn't know if you're an auto Upholstery place and you work there.

We’re a little puzzled, we’re an auto repair shop, and upholstery is not something that repair shops typically handle. A quick Google search for “auto upholstery” will show that it’s a separate specialty, usually handled by upholstery or trim shops rather than mechanical repair facilities. We understand you spoke with one of our newer team members who wasn’t yet fully familiar with all the services we do and don’t offer, and they wanted to double-check with a manager before giving you an answer. Given that upholstery is outside the scope of what ANY auto repair shop would generally be expected to do, and easily verified online, we do feel this review does not accurately reflect the quality of service we provide. They ended up fixing my issues right then and there and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I came in there. They pulled my car to the back and checked it for about 2 minutes and came back with an estimate of $1600. I then told them no thank you. Went to another shop who charged my ac and it’s been blowing cold ever since. Cost me only $300. Thanks anyway.

Hi Mario, Thank you for your feedback. We understand it can be frustrating when a diagnosis comes quickly, especially when it leads to an unexpected repair estimate. That’s why we want to take a moment to explain our process and why we stand by the recommendation we gave. When you brought your 2013 Mustang in on June 6, 2025, for a complimentary A/C check, our technician quickly identified a clear issue: the front seal on your A/C compressor was leaking. While it may have seemed like a simple or fast inspection, it was performed by an experienced technician who recognized a common and visible failure. We could have offered a quick fix—such as evacuating and recharging the system—but doing so would have been against the EPA regulations we follow under our 609 A/C Servicing Certification. Beyond compliance, there’s also a strong industry standard (enforced by most parts suppliers) that requires shops to replace multiple A/C components and flush the remaining ones to ensure long-term reliability. In your case, the A/C system uses a parallel-flow condenser, which cannot be properly flushed. That means replacement is necessary to protect the new compressor and the rest of the system from damage due to contamination. We’ve seen firsthand how skipping these steps can cause a system to fail again—often very quickly. We understand another shop may have offered a recharge without these precautions, and that can seem like a better deal in the short term. However, we choose not to take a customer’s money if we believe the repair won’t last. That’s part of our commitment to doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easiest choice. We ask you to consider: if we had recharged your A/C, charged you for it, and the issue returned a month later—would the review have said we were "dishonest" or $1600 estimate? Instead, we gave you a complete and transparent diagnosis, without charging you for a service that has a good chance of not solving the problem. We truly hope you’ll reconsider your review. Our goal is always to provide honest, high-quality service, even when it means delivering news a customer may not want to hear. Thank you for the opportunity to explain. Went in to have them inspect my air conditioner. Not only did they fix my AC problem, they found that my serpentine belt was fraying and almost gone from a lose conncetion that caused the belt to wear on the sides. Honest, hard working, and reliable are the 1st 3 words I think of when I think of Garigans Auto Repair. Not the 1st time they have helped my family out of a jam, and saved us money in the process.

Yesterday I was driving from Phoenix to El Paso, and when I exited the freeway in Tucson, I heard metal scraping. As it turns out, one of my under shields came loose and was hanging. I went to Garrigan‘s right away and let them know my circumstances, and they removed the shield for me and got me back on the road immediately. This is a very reliable and trustworthy shop with very kind people! If need be, I would definitely go here again, and I recommend it to everyone!

I would put no stars if I could. My car was with them for almost 2 months for a power steering issue. Rushed me through the pay process before allowing me to inspect my own vehicle. After I paid is when he told me that I paid for new parts and they ended up using old parts from another car, then they ended up breaking my airbag system. Released the airbag system broken to me, which is a federal crime. I argued the charges and then 2 months later they illegally charged my bank again. Do not get services from them!!

Miss Risley's vehicle came in on a tow truck with a crank and no start issue. We scanned the vehicle computer and pulled over 20 codes, one of them being the clock spring resistance code and the others were a mix of battery voltage codes, body control codes, fuel pump related codes and CAN Bus (Controller Area Network Bus) codes and she was informed of all the codes including the clock spring resistance code, which we explained to Miss Risley's boyfriend (whom she wanted us to go through at that time). It took about 2 weeks from start to finish from getting the vehicle into the shop, diagnosing the original no start issue, getting authorization and then replacing the fuel pump. After her vehicle was running, we called her and her boyfriend and let them know the vehicle was ready. Her boyfriend then said the power steering is not working and asked us to look at that also. We diagnosed a bad steering assist motor and after authorization, installed a new one. This took another 2 weeks to hash out between the customer and our shop... communication was difficult. After authorization, we had to source the part. A few days later the part came in and was installed. To replace the electric steering assist motor you remove the steering column and replace the motor. When we were finished with the motor, we noticed the clock spring code was still there. We tried to do a quick diagnosis, but the air bag module would not easily unsnap from the steering column, so we stopped and let the customer know. At this point, the vehicle was running and steering properly and we waited for the customer to come and pick up her vehicle, but Miss Risley was on vacation and we had to wait a couple weeks for her to come back and pick up her car. When the customer came to pick up the vehicle, we re-informed the customer about the clock spring code and they took the vehicle. The customer did call about this matter a week or so later and we informed her that we want to do everything we can to help resolve this situation. We scheduled her to bring that vehicle back in so we can continue the diagnosis and get a plan on how to fix this issue and we even offered to have the vehicle towed in free of charge if she didn't feel safe driving it. That appointment was set for Tuesday the 29th of April, but the vehicle did not return and there was no follow up from the customer. As for a double charge, our management system will not allow us to do that. We also went through the batch reports for a time period and did not find a double charge. If for some reason there was a glitch, she is more than welcome to bring in the evidence of that glitch and we would be more than happy to refund what is hers. Garrigan's will always do our best to help, we listen, and we truly do care.

Service advisor Thomas and Technician Alan were masters of juggling a busy schedule but they make time to make sure you're being attended to and inform you every step of the way. Garragan’s did a complete inspection of my car which has close to 100,000 mi. The mechanic took pictures of the car inside and out, so you have a visual of work that needs to be done. The air conditioning in my '98 ranger was out, so I took it to a Ford dealer. They said there was zero coolant. They filled it up and checked it for leaks with dye. They found no leaks, but I should call them if it stops working again. Really? Where did all the coolant go if there is no leak? $256 for essentially, “Don’t know; it’s a mystery to us.” Did my research and found Garrigan’s. The excellent reviews are completely warranted. In the few minutes it took for me to fill out the paperwork, and just before I could leave, Thomas came out to my car and told me they had found the problem. The front seal of the compressor was leaking as were 2 port seals. (how could the dealer not find this?) Thomas called me back later the same day and gave me my choice of 3 solutions. All seemed to be priced fairly. I made my choice, and the air conditioning was totally fixed. Thomas asked me to let him keep my truck overnight so he could “go through everything, to make sure it’s ‘golden’.” To me, this shows how honest and thorough Garrigan’s is. I highly recommend this family-owned garage to anyone who is looking for extremely honest and competent service and repair of their vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I took in my Kia soul because it was blowing out hot air and was immediately greeted by Taylor, he listened to my concerns and offered to check my ac for free. Taylor said give me a couple of hours and I’ll have a diagnosis for you and if anything we’ll charge it up for you. After about 3 hours Taylor gave me a call and explained they had taken out all the old refrigerant and recharged it up and drove the car a couple of times with the ac running and it never cut out or went hot, long story short the ac is blowing cold air and it had been repaired. I thank Taylor and his staff for their awesome service and professionalism and thoroughly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

I dropped my car for axel repairs and new back breaks and rotors. They got my car back to me the next day. I had this done on another car at another shop and they kept my car four almost five days so it was a huge relief they finished so quickly. They also noticed my studs on my tires were striped and were able to help arrange for that to be fixed and the shop who did it held accountable. I felt very comfortable with them and would for sure take my car back.

I do all my own work on my cars. However, I needed my AC system in my Jeep to be fixed as Arizona summers set in. I called them up and they got me in quick and were able to locate the problem and it was fixed as part of their normal AC service. Their rate for fixing AC was lower than other chain stores. Customer service was great! I would take my cars here again.

I absolutely love the service I get at Garrigan’s. My family worked in the service industry growing up, and I respect when someone is upfront and honest about the work your car may need. When I moved to Tucson, I was 7 months pregnant, and my A/C broke in my Accord. Thomas helped me, and I was taking a big step in finding a new service shop at the time. He helped me out tremendously, didn’t over charge for parts, labor, or anything that didn’t need fixing. My second time recently, Taylor was able to help me out. Same thing, full inspection, full transparency about what would need work. I love my Accord, and I really want it to last. With the service I get on the car at Garrigan’s, I know what to save up for and what issues will need addressing soon enough. She runs like a dream after 19 years, and I’ll continue going here until the car just won’t work anymore. I’m glad I stopped in to Garrigan’s to fix my A/C. It’s special to have reliability in the service I will be getting.

Had a great experience at Garrigan's Auto Repair Shop. They were able to work on my truck in a timely manner, even with how busy they are. They updated me periodically on the status of my truck and made sure to follow up a couple days after I picked it up just to make sure everything was still working properly. The pricing was fair and they gave me a military discount, which I wasn't expecting but was very much appreciated. Will definitely be going to them again in the future any time I need work done.

I’ve been getting my 2017 Ford F-150 XLT serviced at Garrigan’s for over a year. I needed the works the first time in(full tune up). The shop manager Thomas was amazing. We are moving on military orders from California to Florida and the AC compressor system in my car went out about 50 miles into Arizona. Garrigan’s was the only place willing to squeeze us in so that we could still make it to Florida on time. They fixed it within a few hours and were extremely kind and personable. I wish I could leave 0 stars for this place and I'm contemplating contacting the BBB. This repair shop worked on my Nissan Juke. They kept my car for 5 months and "supposedly" installed 4 different transmissions in my car trying to get it right. The first 2 weren't even ordered correctly, the second 2 were not installed correctly, and at one point in figuring all this out, my car was dropped off a tow truck while Garrigan's was sending it to be calibrated. They then told me the damage incurred was my problem. After going around and around I finally decided to no longer allow this shop to work on my car. Now that I have had my car reevaluated by another shop, I am told there is now over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK AND DAMAGE TO MY CAR FOR WHAT GARRIGAN'S DID TO IT. Do NOT allow this shop to service your car if you value your vehicle. As the shop has replied I will have it known my vehicle did NOT leave the shop "better than they got it" and hasn't been a usable vehicle for me since it left their shop. Because yes after 4 or 5 transmissions they installed incorrectly it now has 10k in damage and is not even worth being a vehicle anymore but good try Garrigan's!

Sometimes… I wish we could give 1 star reviews to customers… lol RO# 25730 / 2016 Nissan Juke S Ricardo, Rebecca Rosane’s boyfriend who is borrowing her the car, brought in the Juke on a tow truck not driving. We diagnosed a failed transaxle and that is where the frustration started. This vehicle has a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that was riddled with issues and a high failure rate on all Nissan vehicles with that transaxle. Because this particular CVT transaxle has such a high failure rate and we were deep into summer when those transaxles failed the most, there were no rebuilds to be found. During the initial check of the vehicle we also noticed there were some suspension issues as well. The customer opted not to repair the suspension items because they were on a budget. We checked with our transmission shop and they will not rebuild that particular transaxle because of Nissans chronic internal issues and we could not find any other transmission shops we trusted who would either. At this point our only option, and Ricardo agreed to, was to try and source a used replacement. After waiting for and installing the first used transaxle we sent the Juke over to Nissan to have the used transaxle reprogrammed and unfortunately the transaxle had a Judder codes for internal failure. So we had the wrecking yard source a second transaxle that we had to wait for and warranted that transaxle for a second one. We sent the Juke back to Nissan and reprogrammed it a second time, and that was when the tow truck driver did not secure the car properly and they did damage the vehicle's body a little on the way back from Nissan. The tow company paid for the body repair and paint on a very sun damaged vehicle and the Juke actually left Garrigan’s looking better than it came in. The second used transaxle unfortunately also had the internal failure Judder code, but it was driving and shifting. We had the wrecking yard find us a third transaxle, but Ricardo (Rebecca) needed the car back and thought it was good enough and agreed to waive any liability because we all knew it was not ready to leave. The original bill was $5336.16 and it was reduced to $4441.01 to help ease the pain because of the tow truck failure. Ricardo seemed understanding that we were doing the best anyone could with the circumstances we were in and the vehicle was driving and shifting even with the Jugger code. I think Ricardo liked Rebecca when it came to negotiating, because Rebecca was not a reasonable person and was very loud and hard to talk to. We eventually let the vehicle go with only the $2500 deposit that was put down and Garrigan’s absorbed the remaining original balance of $2,836.16. We had the Juke approximately 7 weeks for sourcing two transaxles, installations and the body work that was done. Most of that time was waiting for the wrecking yards to source the transaxles and a couple weeks for the body shop to correct the tow companies mistake. That was the last time we saw that vehicle and, until this horrible review, we believed it was over. We are confident Garrigan’s did the absolute best and went way beyond what we would be expected to do, ultimately costing Garrigan’s over $2,836.16 on a vehicle we did not buy, break or wear out. It has been long enough since the vehicle was here last and we could easily secure a rebuilt transmission now, and that repair would cost around $8000 or so to do.

I don't even know where to begin. I have been in about 5 times for an A/C repair. Originally I was told that the fan was seizing. They've swapped the fan 3, maybe 4 times now (I lost count) and my A/C still isnt working! I was told they did diagnostics and nothing was wrong. Each time I brought the vehicle back it worked for a day maybe 2 and was out again. I can't travel because the car could overheat and I've had to cancel numerous family outings, including my mom's birthday over the last 6 weeks this has been going on. Each time they've worked on it they've done the SAME repair and each time it's failed to resolve. At some point you'd think that's not the fix it's something else but they haven't given it the time. Now I'm being told they can't get me in for a week or longer because they have other vehicles. We live in AZ and are still experiencing triple digit heat almost in October. I wouldn't waste my time here anymore except I'm a grand in on this. I had to turn down a job offer because I need air conditioning in my car and I can no longer provide that. This is absurd.

I am not at the shop, but I have been talking with Thomas about how weird your circumstance is and the hardest part about this diagnostic is that the failure takes about a week of normal driving before it fails again. Every time you bring in the jeep, the cooling fan is inoperative. We have power and ground with the fan commanded on with the scanner. We warrantied the fan, put the new one on and it works fine again on low and on high. You take the car and a week later you are coming back understandably upset, gracious, but upset. As for not taking you back in, that was a miscommunication. I just chatted with Thomas and he concurred that we are really busy, but he has no problem bringing you in, but we would like to keep your vehicle for a week "at least" and drive it as much as we can before giving it back to you so we will know that we resolved this problem once and for all. Another dynamic is that you are on a very lean budget, which we get, but auto parts are expensive like everything else. I know it is really hard to understand that life just is not perfect and that a shop like ours really tries to do its best and tries its best to save the customer money if we can. Trying to work with busy customers is not easy when we are put into a bind for time on such a difficult diagnostic. Amy, I went over the bill and Thomas told me what he had to do for you after we finally got your problem figured out and I was shocked at what you were charged on a vehicle we did not own or damage. SIGH… This review is obviously not necessary to most people who will view it, however I will take the time to explain the situation for anyone who might be confused, or troubled by us asking for a spouse, family member or other contact phone number information. It's always good to have more than one contact phone number for every vehicle, just in case we need to get a hold of someone to continue repairs or to let them know the vehicle is ready for pick up. A secondary contact is USUALLY a spouse or family member... Needing some air conditioning work done, Alex came into the shop visibly upset and frustrated from the very start which is a little understandable being 106 degrees outside, however, Alex immediately responded loudly with curse words in front of two other customers in the waiting room. Alex was unreasonably rude, and I was unable to quell the situation with any type of respect coming from Alex. After that, he was very politely asked to leave and take his car somewhere else for repair as his disrespect and vulgar language is not and never will be welcome here at Garrigan's.

Great shop. Made an appointment to get my A/C checked on my 2011 Ram 1500 since it was not becoming cool after another shop charged my system 3 months ago. I am super impressed with the service I received from Garrigan's Automotive!! That excellent service started when a gentleman by the name of Thomas answered the phone. He was extremely nice, polite, and very knowledgeable, which in turn gave me the Comfort to schedule maintenance that I needed done on my vehicle. There was an added pleasant surprise when I walked in to the service station on the day of my appointment and to be honest it did not look like a mechanic shop!! Plans changed and my stepfather DIY instead. I called again the following week on a Tuesday, Thomas answered and remembered me calling me few days ago. I came in for timing belt, transmission flush, coolant flush, etc. Phillip did his inspection and found the timing belt has a sticker completed 3yrs ago. Needless to say, he just saved me some $$$. I’m very impressed with their customer service, integrity, quality of work, and being available on a Saturday. They have my strongest personal recommendation!

Hey David, First I want to say I am sorry for that impression of an expensive easy repair. You are correct, the labor to put that tail light assembly on was less than $50, but the factory part that was quoted was very expensive. When you came in, I was very busy and you walked in and out of the lobby so many times I really did not get a chance to talk to you in a personal way like I do with most of my customers and I was not able to talk to you about cheaper options, like I normally do with my customers. With the body damage your vehicle experienced, it really needed to go to the body shop I was recommending or any body shop you trusted, which I assumed you went to when you left. I really hope you can find it in your heart to give us a better review than a 1 star. We really are a good shop and a bad review for such an non-normal and awkward experience for both of us just doesn’t represent Garrigan’s Auto Repair Shop’s true values. Showed up to get some basic work done to my car a simple alignment before I even had the chance to tell the man helping me what I needed he looked at me and said I don't work on those kinds of cars and told me I had to go somewhere else. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thomas and team are honest and fairly priced. We found them several years ago because we needed someone who could service and maintain all of our cars. Garrigan's is up to the challenge. We have 2 teenage daughters who we trust this team to keep safely on the road along with our other vehicles. You might also check out their SureCritic reviews. I called Garrigans after my jeep kept dying. Thomas made a point to get me in to diagnose my jeep even though they were super busy. He also gave me the number to a towing company, Five Star Towing, which are great also! Very personable and obviously care about they’re costumers, they all went way out of they’re busy day to take care of me. He even text me to make sure my jeep got me home that night. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to others!

Everyone here is honest, hard-working and very respectful. I’m going to edit this to add a new experience I just had. I had to get the computer in my 2016 Kia Forte Koup replaced due to a fried circuit. The entire time they had my car, they kept me updated with everything they needed to do. They kept me in the most reasonable price range they possibly could, had AMAZING communication and did everything in their power to get my car running again. When I got my car back today, it ran better than it did when I bought it a year ago. There were some hiccups in the repair process (that were absolutely out of the shop’s control) and they didn’t hesitate to call me when said hiccup occurred. I usually do my own repairs, but I trust them with every single repair I may need.

Thomas is always very direct and to the point. I've never felt he's pressured me into unnecessary repairs, and he is willing to explain what issues may come up if you choose not to go through with a repair. They generally inspect the vehicle in it's entirety when you come in for an oil change, and give you an estimate on anything you may need to be replaced, or repaired. They always present multiple options, and will walk you through the pros and cons. Make sure you ask Thomas about body repair, because he hates it, tell him Austin with an 05 corolla sent you

So here we are down from the great northwest. With the coldest wettest April since 2011 in the Seattle/ Tacoma area……air conditioning??? Not so much. But Tucson……. Tuk son !!! It’s hot! hot! hot! and driving around in our little towable with the AC not working…….as the out of towners not even climatized…… not a lot of fun. I perused the online stuff looking for what I thought might be a shop that could take care of us in a timely manner and found Garrigans. The reviews looked good and it seemed as though they didn’t just do auto ac as a “ change your oil and … oh ya we’ll look at your AC too “ So I thought if they’re half as good as these other people say they are I’ll be happy. Now here is the ironic part. I actually own a heating and air conditioning company. Oh great huh? Well with no tools and a little knowledge I thought “ I’ll grab a recharge kit in case it’s just a little low and I might be able to easily top it off”. Ha ha ha no chance. So I’m thinking this is going to be tied up for sometime and I’ll probably end up renting a car for the day at least. I called Garrigans when they first opened. Thomas answered the phone right away ( a good sign, instead some message saying “ please listen carefully as our menu has changed “ 😡 After a little explanation of my situation Thomas said “ just bring it in and we’ll have a look at it” 😊 I got there, they took it in , jumped on it right away, fixed a couple of leaks, evacuated, tested and charge the system in a couple of hours and we were curzing cool in sunny Tucson thanks to Thomas and his amazing crew. And it didn’t cost like a trip to Hawaii 😎 Garrigans is the go to guys !

I called to verify an estimate for a repair that had been diagnosed elsewhere. I talked to Tom. Even though it was clear that another shop was already checking out my vehicle, he took the time to look up the parts and labor and didn't try to pressure me into choosing his shop over the other guys. To me, that's a good sign that someone's taking the long view rather than just trying to make a quick buck. I would consider going to Garrigan's in the future because of this experience.

This was my 1st visit to Garrigan's for a 60K maintenance check on my Honda Pilot. There were no surprises in the maintenance needed. They did find a big ole' pack rat nest that did cost extra, but not very much considering the consequences of rats! The staff at Garrigan's were friendly and timely in their work, I will be returning for any future auto needs. Oh, and they encouraged me to bring my puppy, love dog friendly!

I did go to them, after 7 hours of them doing 2 diagnostics, tearing apart my air conditioner, my aur conditioner still didn’t work.,It was suggested I come back a 3rd day to see if it was a wiring problem.,The first 2 days was a total of 7 hours that I waited in their lobby while they worked on my car. I didn’t go back the 3rd day. I had already paid the shop $381.00. As a result, I had to get a loan to help pay my other bills, and still to this day I don’t have a working air conditioner in my car.

Thank you for your feedback Mary. We understand the frustration, especially having a child that needed to be transported daily in a vehicle with no air conditioning. As you said, we did spend almost 8 hours over two days going through diagnostic procedures to understand what your a/c problem was. Some diagnoses are easy and some are a little more difficult and time consuming, but nailing down a problem is imperative to ensure the repair will be the least expensive to correct the problem correctly. It does make diagnostics harder when we have a vehicle torn apart, knowing the customer is waiting in the waiting room and like you, we really wanted you to leave happy and satisfied. Unfortunately the first day we were still chasing the problem, then had to put the vehicle back together for you to leave. The next day we took it back apart to continue where we left off and got closer to the problem (all while trying to take care of other good customers like yourself also), then put the vehicle back together for you to take the vehicle again. We were pretty confident that the necessary repair would have been performed the 3rd day if you would have returned. You need to know Mary, our objective is to fix vehicles with the least cost to the customer and not to take money from struggling people... that doesn’t do the customer or our business any good. We hope you have gotten your vehicle fixed by this time, if not, we are more than happy to continue where we left off.

These guys are good at what they do and 100 percent honest. No hidden fees and will let you know if the price changes because of other issues before they proceed. I highly recommend them and will continue taking my vehicle there for anything I need done.
